Radish/ mooli is very aromatic and flavorful packed, just few spice powders, Ginger and garlic will enhance its flavor to an awesome range.

Heat oil in a kadai add crushed garlic and ginger strands saute until the raw aroma of ginger and garlic goes away.
Now add clean chopped radish / mooli saute on a medium flame for 3 minutes
Add Turmeric powder and salt stir well.
In another pan dry roast mustard seeds, whole Cumin, fennel seeds and whole red chilli for a minute on low flame.
In a blender add roasted spices add yogurt and blend roughly.
Now add the spice paste to the radish mix well.
Add chopped spinach to it cook on a medium flame for another 3 minutes stir often in intervals
Serve hot with rice and dal
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 medium size radish / mooli
- 1 cup radish leaves / Palak leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- Salt as needed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
Ground masala
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 2 whole red chilies
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
INSTRUCTIONS :
