Veg seekh kebab are made with boiled potatoes, carrots and othe veggies seasoned with spices this mouth watering kebab will leave everyone licking with finger tips. I have shared easy way of making seekh kebab in a non stick pan. It can also be grilled in oven by applying some butter or oil on top of it.

I have shared quick and easy seekh kebab recipe in step by step method with a detailed pictures below.

In a mixing bowl add grated carrots, grated onions, chopped coriander leaves, red and yellow bell peppers, boiled grated potatoes and grated beetroot. Beetroot will give nice color to the kebabs.

Now add salt, garam masala powder, chat powder, red chili powder and cumin powder. Mix and combine till all the spices are blended well.

Further add bread crumbs depending on the mixture present it mix well.

Grease oil in your hands make a ball take a skewer and insert into the center. make sure soak the wooden skewer in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning while roasting. Shape kebabs and place them on a plate.

In a hot tawa grease oil or butter, roast the kebabs rotate in between to roast evenly.

Finally squeeze lemon juice over kebabs and serve seek kabab along with your favorite chutney.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 carrot
  • 1/2 beetroot
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon red and yellow bell peppers
  • 1 onions
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
