Wash and peel the ginger, peel the garlic cloves.
Blend ginger and garlic till smooth and light in color. Add oil. Oil is good enough that enhances the ground paste and also make the process of blending easy.
Add a teaspoon of vinegar. It act as a preservative to store it for a long time.
Blend to a fine smooth paste. Store in a glass jar or airtight containers.
