I have shared an easy salad recipe in step by step method with a detailed picture below.

In a pan boil water add broccoli florets boil for 2 minutes steam th broccoli until the florets turned tender. Drain the excess water. Set aside in a colander.

In a pan heat oil add chopped garlic saute till the raw aroma of garlic goes away.

Add red chili flakes. Sizzle for 3-4 minutes until the garlic turns light golden

Now add broccoli florets, corn, sprinkle salt to it. Toss well. Add pepper powder.

Serve immediately with the cherry tomatoes , season with oregano.

Healthy broccoli salad is ready to serve.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 7-8 broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
