Peas Pulao are tasty and easy recipe, this pulao can be made with fresh or frozen peas. I prefer to use fresh peas for a pulao. Here in the recipe I have used leftover rice that makes dinner meal easy with delicious taste of peas.

In a pressure cook add peas and salt, pressure cook for 2-3 whistle.
In a kadai heat ghee or oil add cardamom, cinnamon stick.
Add boiled peas saute for a minute.
Now add left over rice and gently mix with the peas.
Serve peas pulao with any paneer gravy or vegetable gravy of your choice.

- 3/4 cup boiled peas

- 1-2 cardamom
