Pepper egg masala recipe is an instant , quick and easy to prepare with in few minutes
I have shared step by step method below with detailed pictures
In a Kadai heat oil add sliced onions saute till the onions changes transparent . Add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw aroma goes away
Add black pepper powder , salt , cumin powder , coriander powder and stir well
Add tomato puree saute till the raw smell of tomatoes goes away and the oil leaves side of the kadai . Switch off the flame
Allow it to cool down at room temperature ,Crack eggs slowly to the gravy, cover the lid cook on a low flame, till the egg cooks completely
Serve hot . Pepper egg masala gravy is best served with steam rice or ghee rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as needed
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tomatoes ( blend to a puree )
