Pepper Egg Gravy – Pepper egg masala recipe is an instant , quick and easy to prepare with in few minutes
I have shared step by step method below with detailed pictures
In a Kadai heat oil add sliced onions saute till the onions changes transparent . Add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw aroma goes away
Add black pepper powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir well
Then add tomato puree saute till the raw smell of tomatoes goes away and the oil leaves side of the kadai. Switch off the flame
Allow it to cool down at room temperature, Crack eggs slowly to the gravy, cover the lid cook on a low flame, till the egg cooks completely
Serve hot. Pepper egg masala gravy is best served with steam rice or ghee rice
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as needed
- 2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tomatoes ( blend to a puree )
