An Indian cottage cheese with butter and pasta is delicious . Paneer pasta is truly an amazing recipe or vegetarian recipe. The pasta with white sauce can be a side dish or snacks.
- Ingredients :
- Paneer 50gm
- Butter 2tbsp
- Maida 2tbsp
- Olive oil 1tsp
- Milk 3/4cup
- Kasuri methi 1/2 tsp
- Spring onion for garnishing
- Cream 1tbsp
- Salt as needed
- Pasta 300g
- METHOD:
- Boil the pasta with a tsp of salt. Keep a side.
- In a deep pan add butter,paneer cubes toss well. Add crushed Kasuri methi, Maida mix well.
- Pour milk to make a smooth white sauce add salt, stir well.
- Add cooked pasta, cream and olive oil together cook on a low flame for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with the spring onion.
- Delicious creamy Paneer pasta is ready to serve.
