Hi, I am Mubashira Aysha born and raised in Ambur. Ambur is a town famous for biryani and sweet delicacy passed on by recipes from the royal house of Arcot. Over the years, this region has carved its own niche which is famous – The Biryani.
When I was young I was fond of eating pizza and burger and over the years my passion for cooking traditional and fusion cooking has become part of my life.
After Marriage I used to cook new desserts and my in-laws loved it.My relatives asked me for the recipes and life always provides big opportunities with small hints and on occasion my brother insisted me to save my recipes in a blog and thus my journey as a food blogger journey starts now.
