Easy Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice is one of the best Rice loved by kids its comes under category of Chinese food, It can be made instantly .The recipe is so simple. Only thing to do is cut the veggie finely. Fried rice is best served with Manchurian. This Fried rice is ideal for using up leftover rice from the night before.

I have shared step by step method with detailed pictures below

In a wok , heat oil add chopped garlic and green chili , Saute for a minute till aromatic , add chopped onions  saute till the onions changes transparent . Add chopped beans , green capsicum .

Add egg white , pepper powder , soya sauce and salt stir well .

Add cooked rice, mix evenly.

Serve hot and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 boiled egg

INSTRCUTION:
