Chikoos are most often eaten fresh, halved with seeds removed and simply by scooping the flesh from the skin. The pulp is used to make smoothies and shakes; fresh Chikoo must be eaten within a week. You can include this exotic fruit in your diet. Chickoo not just strengthens the intestines, but also boosts immunity and also good for bones.
