Chicken Noodles Recipe | How To Make Indo Chinese Noodles

Noodles is a Chinese cuisine and chicken 65 masala is an Indian version. This Indo Chinese Noodles is a easy and quick recipe to prepare for dinner after tiring hard work on weekdays. Indo Chinese is a fusion foods originated in the kitchens of Indian Chinese Folks. Chicken noodles taste so amazing with chicken 65 masala tossed all over it and its bit hot and spicy.

I have shared a quick chicken noodles recipe in a step by step method with a detailed picture below.

In a small bowl add red chili powder, thick yogurt, salt, cumin powder and orange red color.

wash and cut the chicken breast into small pieces. add the chicken to the above masala mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile heat oil in a wok add sliced onions saute till the onions changes transparent. Add chopped garlic saute for 2 minutes.

Add chicken pieces and saute it on a medium heat until its cooked through completely.

In a bowl add soya sauce, red chili flakes, mayonnaise, tomato sauce.

Add the sauce to the chicken mix well.

Add green capsicum and yellow capsicum.

Add noodles to the boiling  water add salt and oil.

When the noodles are cooked to al dente, drain them to a colander. Do not over cook them as they turn sticky and mushy. se these aside.

Add the noodles to the chicken mixture. Briefly fry for a minute or two .Regulate the flame to highest temperature. If your noodles look too dry add some oil. Serve chicken noodles hot.

Serve hot.

 

INGREDIENTS

To boil noodles

  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • salt if needed
  • 2.5 liter water to boil

Other Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • a pinch orange red color
  • 1 tablespoon thick yogurt
  • salt as needed
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup green  and yellow capsicum

For Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS
