Take chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, add milk and microwave for 30 seconds. If chocolate is not melted fully microwave again for 15 seconds.
In a mixing bowl add fresh cream, pour milk.
Add sugar whisk nicely.Divide the cream into half – half. Add vanilla essence in one half portion.
Pour melted chocolate to the other half of the cream.
In a bowl pour 1/4 cup water, microwave for 15-20 seconds, till the water is lukewarm. Sprinkle gelatin let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add half of the gelation to the chocolate mix well. Pour the rest of the gelatin to the vanilla and cream mixture.
You can use the muffin in a tin with hand towel underneath to stabilize the glass on angle. Place the shot glasses in a slant position, pour the chocolate syrup carefully. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
The final step is to pour the vanilla mixture to fill up the glasses. Refrigerate for another 1 hour. Garnish with a Choco chips. The recipe may be slightly less creamy, but will still be delicious.
