Crumbs fried chicken  recipe


This most amazing appetizers, fried chicken are made by combining with simple spices and then coating it with cornflakes and bread crumbs and deep frying it to a golden perfection. 

These tasted very good with my favourite sweet chilli sauce, but you can serve this with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce too. Either way, these chicken popsicles are just so succulent, crispy, flavourful and such a treat to the entire family, including the picky eaters. In a bowl add Ginger garlic paste, Redchilli powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, salt and lemon mix well.
Add egg white and corn flour to the chicken mix well. Marinate for 1_2hours.
Coat the Marinated chicken with bread crumbs and cornflakes. Freeze the coated chicken for 30 minutes.
In a wide kadai heat excess oil. Put the chicken. Deep fry the chicken. Flip the chicken to cook on both the sides.
Flip the chicken on both the sides. Deep fry the chicken till it turns crisp. Cook on a medium flame.
Crumbs fried chicken is ready to serve with chilli sauce or mayonnaise.


  • Chicken 1/2kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp 
  • Salt as needed 
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Redchilli powder 1 tsp 
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Lemon 2tsp (1full lemon juice) 
  • Cornflour 2tbsp
  • Egg white 1
  • Bread crumbs  for coating
  • Cornflakes (crumbs) 


  • In a bowl add Ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, Cumin powder and Turmeric powder mix well. 
  • 2.Add lemon juice, cornflour and egg white add chicken mix well. Marinate for 1_2hours. 
  • Coat the Marinated chicken with bread crumbs and cornflakes. Freeze it for  30 minutes. 
  • Deep fry the chicken on medium flame. 
  • Serve crumbs chicken with your favorite sauce.
