In a saucepan pour pure raw dairy milk ( Don’t use pasteurized milk) Luke warmup the milk no need to boil.
Remove from the heat add vinegar stir continuously.
The milk will curdle separate.
Strain the milk water in a colander.
Squeeze the leftover water using your palm.
Dip it in warm water. knead the cheese very well for few minutes.
Dip it in chill water knead again the cheese for 2-3 minutes.
Cover the cheese with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Grate the cheese.
You can use cheese in toast or pizza.
