Bring water to boil in a large saucepan add salt , boil over high heat . Add pasta , cook until al dente and drain the excess water.
Meanwhile in a deep pan or wok melt butter .
Add crushed or chopped garlic and green chili, Saute for 2 minutes .
Add all purpose flour . Mix well .
Add the Maida flour stir well till smooth without lumps and add salt .
Add milk stir well to make a smooth sauce ,add red chili flakes, oregano and black pepper powder.
Add cooked pasta along with cream, diced tomato and spring onions.
Serve immediately

- 300 gram pasta
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon Maida/ All purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon pepper powder
- 1 diced tomato
- 5-6 garlic cloves
- 1 green chili
- Salt as needed
- 2 strands spring onion
- 1 tablespoon cream
