Sweet Corn Chicken Soup is a delectable Chinese soup made with shredded chicken, sweet corn kernels, and other veggies of your choice.

In a saucepan add chicken pieces ,chopped carrots and water bring it to boil. Allow the chicken to cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove the chicken into a dish and keep aside to cool.

While the chicken is cooling down add a can of drained sweet corn to it. Else add sweet corn kernels to a blender. Blend coarsely.

Add shredded chicken, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt ,and sweet corn and sugar.

To thicken the soup dissolve cornstarch add them to the boiling soup while stirring continuously.

Let the soup thickens to your desired consistency, serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger and garlic
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS
