Scrambled Egg Recipe | Pyaz ka Anda Recipe

Scrambled eggs is one of the easiest recipe to prepare for breakfast. Whisking the eggs firmly cook with fried onions. It is one of the eggs often make at home. It is best served with rice roti or breads.

I have shared scrambled eggs in step by step method with a detailed pictures below.

In a non stick pan heat oil add onions saute till the onions changes transparent.Add green chilies and salt.

Whisk eggs in a bowl add salt. Pour them to the onions. You can add eggs with out beating as well.

Watch for the edges just barely start to set gently swipe with the spatula to check around no liquid appears and eggs are cook on a medium low flame. Add chopped coriander leaves.

Continue the process when the eggs are barely set scrambled the eggs. If the eggs sticks on the pan add few drops of oil.

Adjust salt cook until just done. Do not over cook the eggs. They will loose nutrients and softness.

Serve pyaz ke anda with rice roti or bread.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 Eggs
  • 3-4 medium size onions
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt as needed
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
