Pepper Egg Fry Recipe

Pepper Egg Fry is an easy side dish recipe which can be done in a couple of minutes. The only thing we need is few boiled eggs mix with a spicy pepper mixture.

I have shared an instent recipe of Pepper Egg Fry in a step by step method with a detailed pictures below.

In a Vessel place eggs carefully. Pour required water and begin to boil the eggs.

In a non stick wok heat oil add chopped onions saute till the onions changes its color to slightly golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away.

Add chopped tomatoes cook till the tomatoes are soft and tender.

Now add pepper powder, cumin powder and salt mix well.

Remove the shells from the eggs. Add them to the pepper mixture. Toss the whole mixture delicately and let it cook for few minutes on low flame. Flip the eggs carefully . Make sure the eggs are stir fried and coated well with the masala for few minutes.

Serve with the rice as side dish along with dal or curries.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6-7 boiled eggs
  • 2 medium size chopped onions
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • salt as needed
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. oil
