Raita is a side dish accompanied for biryani and paratha. Raita is made from yogurt, along with onions, coriander leaves. Yogurt and onions both the ingredients are good for summer to beat the heat. I have added lemon juice for slight sourness as my yogurt are fresh. For the best raita you can use thick yogurt along with cucumber. Serve with your favourite Biryani.
