Dalgona Ice Cream Recipe| How to make Coffee Ice Cream |Ice Cream with detailed Photo-Dalgona Ice cream is a variety ice cream recipe prepared with instant coffee and whipping cream powder. It is known as dalgona ice cream because the coffee mixture prepared is similar to that of dalgona coffee later it is added to cream powder and mixed. This home made ice cream recipe is very simple to prepare which you can prepare easily. you can easily surprise your family and friends with this recipe. coffee ice cream is also one of the variety ice cream which you won’t easily find in any restaurants or ice cream parlours.

Dalgona means a sweet – tasting milky coffee. Dalgona Ice cream taste like a bit of coffee ice cream and the texture is very soft and light, I had used all simple ingredients that are available at home.

I have shared Dalgona Ice cream recipe in step by step method with a detailed picture below

In a sauce pan pour milk bring it to boil.

Roast all purpose flour, add them to a bowl. Add milk and dissolve maida, pour them to milk stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Once the milk is thickened add instant coffee powder stir well.

Now add sugar mix well, Allow it to cool.

Add the mixture in a mixer blend it for a while approximately a minute.

Pour them to a container, freeze it for at least 2 hours.

After 2 hours again repeat the process by adding the ice cream mixture to a blender, blend smoothly this step is very important to avoid the ice crystals and to make the ice cream soft and smooth.

Freeze the ice cream for over night for 10 – 12 hours or till it sets.

For Dalgona candy:

To make the dalgona candy add sugar once it start melting lower the flame

Now add baking soda stir well

Add dalgona candy to a grease oil plate. Allow it to cool.

Remove ice cream from the freezer, pull the sided 5 – 6 times to remove the ice cream from the mold easily

Decorate the Ice cream with some dalgona candy on top.

Ingredients :

  • Maida  3 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar  3 tbsp
  • Milk 500 ml
  • Instant Coffee Powder 1 tsp

FOR DALGONA CANDY

  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

INSTRUCTION:
