Prawns are the most recommended food amongst nutritionists because of their ability to provide approximately the same amount of protein as a similar amount of chicken or beef. Therefore to make prawns we use few spices that is easily available in our kitchen. The quick prawns can be made with in 15 minutes. It cooks quickly in high heat either by broiling, grilling or shallow fried. However I like them to cook stir fry with little oil. Hence it goes well with plain rice and dal .

They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which keep your heart healthy. prawns are low in calories and high in protein that helps in weight loss.
Prawn Fry Recipe in 10 minutes :
1 kg Prawn (De shelled,wash and clean veins )
1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Chopped Green chilies
1 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tsp Cumin Powder
oil for frying
10-12 Curry leaves
De vein and Clean prawns. Rinse them thoroughly .To remove fishy smell they can be rinsed in little vinegar.
In a bowl add prawns and add all the above ingredients. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai . Add the prawns fry on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes.
Add curry leaves to the oil to enhance the flavor. Place the prawns in absorbent paper.
Enjoy with steam rice and dal.
