Prawn Fry Recipe | Crispy Prawn Fry | How to Clean Prawns


Prawn Fry Recipe :


1 kg Prawn (De shelled,wash and clean veins )

1 tbsp Ginger garlic Paste

1 tsp red Chili Powder

1 tsp coriander Powder

1 tsp Chopped Green chilies

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Cornflour

2 tbsp Rice flour

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper powder

Salt to taste

oil for frying

10-12 Curry leaves


Clean the veins from the prawn and wash two to three times until its clean drain out excess water.

In a bowl add prawns and add all the above ingredients. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a kadai . Add the prawns fry on a medium flame for 5-6 minutes.

Add curry leaves to the oil to enhance the flavor. Place the prawns in absorbent paper.

Enjoy with steam rice and dal.
