INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Cup Cooked Rajma / Kidney beans
- 1 Cup Cooked Mushroom
- 1/2 Cup Oats
- 1 tbsp shredded raw beetroot
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1tsp Soyasauce
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves
- Salt to Taste

INSTRUCTION :
- Cook chickpeas and kidney beans and keep aside
- Precook mushroom with a little oil
- In a blender add the above ingredients, blend coarsely
- Transfer to a bowl, Mash all ingredients together,Combined well to form Patties
- Make the patties as per your desired size
- In a Pan heat Oil, add Patties flip and cook both the sides. Brush with butter its optional but it enhance the taste.
- Assemble the burger with lettuce, Pickle,burger patties, vegan mayo and a cheese slice.
