Baked Eggs are quick and easy to prepare. Mix the onions and tomatoes with herbs and eggs. These Baked eggs are extremely tasty and verstaile.Baked eggs are great for brunch. But it’s also hearty and satisfying enough for dinner.

I have shared baked Eggs Recipe in step by step method to prepare a quick recipe with a detailed pictures below.

In a mixing bowl add diced tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped spring onions, green capsicum, salt, red chili flakes, green chillics and tomato sauce.

Crack Eggs, season with oregano, pepper powder, add vegetable oil or olive oil add fresh coriander leaves.

Whisk the eggs and mix well, pour the eggs mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with paneer crumbs.

Pre heat oven at 200 degree for 5-7  minutes. Place the baking dish in oven . Baked in 250 degree for 15-20 minutes till the eggs are baked and paneer changes its color to golden brown.

Serve baked Eggs with toast. Serve right away from the oven and enjoy!☺️

INGREDIENTS

  • 5-6 eggs
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoon green capsicum
  • 1/4 cup spring onions
  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese crumbs/ paneer crumbs
  • 2 green chilies

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl add diced tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped spring onions, green capsicum, salt, red chili flakes, green chillics and tomato sauce.
