How To Make Apple Jam – Bread and jam has always been the favorite breakfast for several people, We have apple jam exclusively for you, this jam recipe will for sure make a dent in your heart. One of the perk of making this dish is that it is free of preservatives, it is much more healthier compare to the jam available in the market.

Wash and clean the apple, slice them roughly, add them to a deep bottom pan cook on a medium heat, add 250 ml of water, cover the lid and cook the apples until its texture changes to soft tender.
Once the apples are soft, Remove from heat, allow it to cool.
Add the apples to a blender
Blend the apples to a smooth paste
Strain the mashed apples in a strainer and discard the rest of the apple skin
Add the mashed apple to a non stick pan, cook for few minutes
Now add sugar stir well, once the sugar dissolves mixture will be thin and dilute.
let the mixture cook for half an hour at the max
Add lemon juice to the mixture to avoid crystals
Cook for few more minutes until u attain a thick consistency resembling that of a jam
Transfer the prepared jam in a container to serve.

- Apple 4 Nos
- 500 Grams of sugar
- 250 ml water
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
